When you choose GALAXY HEAT & AIR LLC, you’re not just buying heating and cooling equipment — you’re investing in peace of mind. We stand behind our work and the products we install.
Coverage Period
- Parts Warranty – All manufacturer-supplied parts are covered in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Labor Warranty – Our workmanship is guaranteed for [X years] from the date of installation.
- Extended Protection – Additional coverage plans are available for purchase at installation.
What’s Covered
- Replacement or repair of defective parts supplied by the manufacturer.
- Labor costs if the problem is due to installation issues or defective materials.
- Service calls related to equipment failures caused by covered defects.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal maintenance items (filters, belts, fuses, batteries, etc.).
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, power surges, accidents, or severe weather.
- Issues resulting from modifications or repairs done by non-authorized personnel.
- Refrigerant leaks after the first [X months] unless tied directly to installation defects.
- Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, paint) that don’t affect performance.
Maintenance Requirements
To keep your warranty valid, you must:
- Replace filters regularly and keep the system clean.
- Schedule recommended annual tune-ups.
- Keep records of all maintenance. (We may request proof if a claim is filed.)
How to File a Claim
- Call our office during normal business hours.
- Provide proof of purchase and maintenance records.
- We’ll schedule repairs as quickly as possible, subject to parts availability.
Transfer of Warranty
Selling your home? No problem. This warranty can be transferred to the new homeowner within 30 days of sale.
Limitations of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or labor. We are not responsible for indirect costs such as utility bills, lost wages, or personal inconvenience.
